Geo-Engineering: Defensive and Offensive

Jamais Cascio and Dr. J. talk about the concept of geo-engineering as a possible solution to climate change, but also as a possibly offensive weapon in geostrategy. Who would stand to benefit from unstopped warming, and who would benefit from warming slowed by man-caused volcanic eruptions or other kinds of human intervention? Who would stand to benefit from unstopped warming? A. Those receiving government money to study global warming. Who would benefit from warming slowed by man-caused volcanic eruptions or other kinds of human intervention? A. All the rest of US.
