Enhanced Athletes? It’s Only Natural

We want athletes to break world records. We want them to remain extraordinary. So the increased use of human-enhancement technologies will become a necessity, perhaps even an obligation.

Perhaps that is the way we will get major dollar (billion $ consortiums) sponsors to fund human enhancement projects. The non-drug , non genetic engineering method epigenetic modification. Supplying parents and offspring with carefully designed dietary and pharma supplementation to effect long term modification of the genetic switches needed to make superhuman athletes possible. Since source code DNA is unaltered and the triggers can be withdrawn months or years before competition it will both develop technology mass-commercializable which will be owned by and marketed along with the sponsor's normal products. Sex and games commercially drives electronic technology, perhaps it too can drive human enhancement technology?

Michael Phelps is genetically enhanced. No doubt about that. If his anatomy is the reason of his breaking records, why then didn't he break records the first time he dove into a pool contest?

Obviously Phelps passed all of the drug tests. Like any sport, you have to train and really learn the ins and outs and truly mold into the sport itself.
