This is a time of change. Welcome to your future.

Get ready for a very strange trip, a very strange trip indeed. You’re about to step through the looking glass of Capital. You’re about to view nearly everything you take for granted from one of the strangest points of view you’ve ever seen. You’re about to re-perceive the core of history, business, creativity, and economics through the lens of emotions we don’t normally comprehend, the hidden feelings driving you and me.

Imagine immersing yourself in a think tank of some of the brightest compassionate and humanitarian minds in the world of science, music, art and media. Imagine if you could get into their minds and allow their passionate spirits inspire and empower you to realize your full potential.

It’s a Capitalism of Passion, a capitalism vibrant with the power of something that has to seize the heart of every CEO, VP, manager, and mailroom worker-the power to care, the power to feel the emotions of the people you serve, and the power to feel your own emotions in new ways.

We need to find our heart and soul. Our reasons for waking up in the morning. Our reasons for living our dreams—-and making them happen no matter what. More specifically you and I have to move up a notch or two. We have to use a capacity in our daily work that only saints have previously been required to possess—-something we call “tuned empathy.”

We are about to see what’s under our noses-a set of moral imperatives and of heroic demands that are implicit in The Western Way of Life. We are about to see our magic, our gifts, and our utopian capacities. The Capitalism of Passion and the upgrade it can generate in our daily lives and in the place we work each day offers those of us who are emotionally starved a solid meal—the exuberance of satisfying others, the exhilaration of feeling wanted, the elation of creativity, and the knowledge that we’ve contributed to something far, far bigger than ourselves.

By reinventing capitalism and injecting our own souls in the machine, you and I can raise the bar of human possibility.

Let’s do it together.
