In this video that was posted on Oct 4, 2013 RT news reports about Swiss citizens that are demanding a crucial change in the constitution, pushing for the introduction of a guaranteed income for everyone. RT teamed up with RUPTLY video to follow the story. RT’s Peter Oliver was in Bern where supporters of the basic income idea gathered for a rally.
