About the Institute

The Gallup Positive Psychology Institute is changing its name to The Gallup Institute for Global Well-Being.  In making this name change, we want to underscore our firm belief in Positive Psychology, but also our expanding interest in the research and applications that contribute to Global Well-Being. Thus, the mission of the Gallup Institute for Global Well-Being (GIGWB) is to promote expert research, index measurement, training and applications vital, for one and for all, to pursue and sustain “a life worth living.”
