I am interested in the 2D:4D digit ratio- empathy relations, I plan to conduct research for my honours project in this field, but diverting away from subjective measures and therefore wish to gain knowledge in direct measurement of empathy as opposed to a questionnaire format. Has this been successfully quantified? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
