New IEET Affiliate Scholars: Nikola Danaylov, Steve Fuller, Rene Milan, Tsvi Bisk

IEET is proud to announce that four of our writers have accepted appointments as Affiliate Scholars - Nikola Danaylov, Rene Milan, Steve Fuller, and Tsvi Bisk.

Nicola Danaylov was born in Bulgaria; he is a public speaker, philosopher, infopreneur, blogger at singularityweblog.com and the popular podcast host of Singularity 1on1.

Steve Fuller is Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Warwick, UK. Trained in history and philosophy of science, Fuller is best known for his foundational work in ‘social epistemology’. He authored (with Veronika Lipinska) The Proactionary Imperative: A Foundation for Transhumanism (2013).

Rene Milan was raised in Hamburg. He became a transhumanist after reading Exo-Psychology in the mid 1970’s by Timothy Leary. He moved to the SF Bay Area in 1982, to Tokyo in 1993, to London in 1998 and Spain in 2002. He joined the World Transhumanist Association in 2002.

Tsvi Bisk is director of the Center for Strategic Futurist Thinking, he’s the Contributing Editor for Strategic Thinking for The Futurist magazine, and he has published over a hundred articles and essays in Hebrew and in English.
