Please do not state that "every one of us" consumes 63 pounds of HFCS! For me and my daughter it is 0 because we a) do not eat/drink processed or junk foods and b) we look at food labels to make sure it is not in the product we buy. We limit our intake of sweets and if we eat it, it's raw honey or natural maple syrup, nothing else.
