I liked the manor in which the author integrated the rational and emotional motivators of decision making. It should always be a win-win, our emotions as well as our rationality both make positive contributions to our experience of self. Too often we see them as mutually exclusive or contradictory. (It is worse when we pervert the rational process to disguise the unconsciousness aspects of certain emotions in order to maintain psychological stability.) Dr. Robert
