Does Jon promote the use of biotechnology to eliminate suffering and aging?

Or does he promote autopilot genetic wisdom?

Dr. Kabat-Zinn teaches and promotes mindfulness, which is a technology in its own right. If you listen to the interview he also discusses the future possibilities of nano-neural technology, and how they may facilitate mindful self-awareness.

Thanks for a wonderful talk with Kabat Zinn.
He is opening the way for personal tranformation for those who are not afraid to loose their invented "self" without renouncing the world.
The most powerful spiritual practices are tied to everything we do in our lives. Mindfulness is such a science and it is badly needed today.
